Do you dream of exploring the underwater world… and getting paid to do it? The PADI Divemaster Course is the first level of professional training. You will work closely with PADI Instructors to develop your professional skills. Throughout the course you will fine-tune your basic dive and rescue skills whilst becoming a great role model for other divers. We also include a Buoyancy Masterclass to master all the different scuba kicks and control your buoyancy like a professional. On top of that, you can dive as often as you like during your course, allowing you to gain as much experience as you wish. This is where your adventure really begins!

Course Details

Dive Centre Bondi's PADI Divemaster Course will transform you into a dive leader. The PADI Divemaster Course qualifies you to lead guided dives, teach scuba refreshers, run Discover Scuba Diving courses and assist instructors with other student divers.

The course includes your PADI eLearning, your PADI Divemaster Crewpack, confined water training, shore dives, boat dives, transportation (if required) and your PADI Divemaster Certification.

• Theory: Complete your eLearning at home before Day 1.
• Days 1 & 2: 8am to 5pm. Course Introduction and theory at Dive Centre Bondi. Confined water workshops and water fitness swims.
• Day 3: 8am to 5pm. Open water training to refine and improve rescue skills, conduct real-life scenarios including rescuing panicked and unresponsive divers and managing emergency situations.
• Day 4: 8am to 5pm. Two boat dives covering navigation and deep diving skill development plus scenarios.
• Day 5: 8am to 5pm. Buoyancy Masterclass, learn different kicks and how to control your buoyancy like a professional.
• Internship: Assisting on real courses and real dives helps you to become a confident Divemaster. Our intern program is included in the course price and is flexible! You can schedule your intern days around your own availability. This can be completed over a few weeks or a few months, depending on your other commitments. During the internship, you’ll supervise dive activities and assist student divers, complete a mapping project and guide certified divers on organised dives. You can dive as often as you want during the internship, allowing you to build up 100's of dives!

After successful completion of your training dives you will become a certified PADI Divemaster!
